Ariana Lucera
Director of Operations & Strategic Growth
Before joining Onvector, Ariana was instrumental in building the MassMutual Catalyst Fund, where she led investments in climate-tech startups and provided hands-on support to portfolio companies. As the fund’s second team member, she played a key role in establishing investment and operational frameworks and contributed to daily problem-solving for portfolio companies.
Prior to this, Ariana participated in the Investment Management Leadership Development Program at MassMutual, gaining experience across diverse roles, including Operational Due Diligence and Quantitative Fixed Income, while working directly with senior leaders.
At Onvector, Ariana is driving scalable growth by implementing best practices and working across operations, fundraising, business development, strategy, and talent acquisition. She is at the forefront of advancing strategic initiatives and partnerships that support the company’s mission and long-term success.
Ariana Graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
