Daniel J. Cho

Dan is the CEO and founder of Onvector, LLC. He has more than 15 years of experience in the development of emerging growth technologies in cleantech and nonchemical water treatment. A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. Cho is the inventor of the company’s proprietary Plasma Vortex technology. He has established Onvector’s go-to-market strategy, key partnerships with PFAS separation companies and early traction with PFAS remediation customers. He has previously served as principal investigator in SBIR research programs sponsored by EPA and USAF. Mr. Cho has co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed scientific articles and is the inventor of eight Onvector patents. He has been relied on as a consultant in the water industry, leading the validation of an experimental water technology for IMI Vision, the R&D arm of global cooling equipment manufacturer IMI Cornelius, and performing technology and business evaluations for Pentair Water Treatment, a division of Pentair. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Cho served as a university research program manager at Drexel Plasma Institute, where he worked with a wide range of plasma devices for environmental control and fuel conversion. Previously, Mr. Cho was President of Vortex Aircon, a privately-held company providing energy-efficient technologies for the appliance industry, where he established licenses with GE Appliances and Samsung Electronics.
