Joe was Managing Director of BVI Capital Partners, a private equity / buyout firm, where he managed the portfolio companies and oversaw growth of the acquisition portfolio and team. Prior to joining BVI, he was president of a business incubator, he ran the Philadelphia management consulting practice of a nationally-recognized accounting firm, and was an information technology manager at ICI Americas, DuPont and Boeing. Additionally, Joe was Vice President of Marketing for STM Power, a cutting-edge energy technology company with numerous patents in Sterling Engine technology.
Joe is a Certified Management Consultant. Mr. Henderson earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship at St. Joseph’s University, and a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University.
