Dr. Nathalie Ionesco is a seasoned global executive with more than 35 years of experience leading innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale business transformation across the energy and environmental sectors (water, waste and energy).
Dr. Nathalie Ionesco is acting as COO at Onvector, where she oversees strategic operations, business development and creative solutions to technical initiatives requiring out of the box thinking. She recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HAFFNER ENERGY Inc., while she also collaborated with various companies across North America and Europe, offering expertise in technology evaluation, strategy, acquisition, and due diligence.
Previously, Dr. Ionesco spent over three decades at Veolia, holding senior leadership roles including Senior Director of Technical & Performance for North America and Global Director of the Hydrex Chemicals Division, where she expanded the business to over $150 million in annual revenue aligning the different business units and bringing innovation as well as methodology. A PhD in Chemical Engineering and published expert in ozonation technologies, she is also an active member of ASTM and other professional organizations, bringing a rare blend of technical depth and visionary leadership to sustainable industry advancement.
